No. All instruments are futures-based CFDs. They replicate real futures prices but are not actual CME, NYMEX, or any other regulated exchange contracts. All trading takes place in a simulated environment.
The drawdown floor equals highest historical balance × (1 minus max drawdown %). Every time the balance exceeds its previous high, the floor rises proportionally and never goes back down. This is the industry standard model used by Apex, TopStep, and Bulenox.
For both 1-Step and Instant, no single day can represent more than 50% of the profit target. This keeps performance distributed and replicable, preventing traders from hitting targets through a single aggressive day.
